Almond Flour Blueberry Muffins

 2 cups almond flour
 1 cup banana mashed
 3 eggs
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp raw unfiltered honey (optional)
 2 tbsp coconut sugar
 1 cup blueberries

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl mix Mashed banana, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, honey and coconut sugar, and salt until well mixed

Thaw in blueberries while mixing

Use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop batter into each muffin liner

Bake until tops are golden 25-30 minutes

Let muffins cool then serve right away
